All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Mobile App Dev LLC. "BOOTH" and its logo are our trademarks. You may view and use the site for your personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, redistribute, or republish our content without our written permission.

No Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile App Dev LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us, if any, to access the site. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Links to Our Apps

This website may link to our apps, such as BOOTH: Photo Booth, on the App Store. Use of those apps is governed by the apps' own terms of use and privacy policies and by the App Store's terms and conditions, not by these Terms. We are not responsible for the practices of the App Store or other third-party platforms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you may not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to it;
  • scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the site in bulk or in an automated manner;
  • interfere with the site's operation or overload it with requests;
  • use the site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or to engage in any unlawful activity.

We may restrict or block access at our discretion if we believe these terms are being violated.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Arizona. You and Mobile App Dev LLC each waive any right to bring a claim as a class action or to participate in a class action, and each waives the right to a jury trial. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
